Approximate Delivery Times with our courier, DPD:
Ireland & Northern Ireland
1-3 working days – flat rate €7.50.
UK 2-5 working days – flat rate €11.50.
We are located in Ireland and there are no customs regulations for delivery within Ireland or to NI.
There is no VAT or import duty for customers to the rest of the UK for orders up to €150.
Customers in England, Scotland and Wales may occasionally experience delays in delivery due to customs processes. In the event that your order is held by customs for inspection, delivery time can be longer, please let us know if you haven’t received your parcel and we will investigate. We will provide you with tracking information upon request. We cannot be held responsible for delays which are outside of our control.
We currently only deliver to Ireland, Northern Ireland and Mainland UK due to prohibitive delivery costs. Minimum order to the UK is €20 as we subsidise the delivery costs.
DPD POLICY –
We use DPD for Delivery. DPD will text you with your one hour delivery window. You can re-arrange delivery within 30 minutes of scheduled arrival if you aren’t going to be at the delivery address, or arrange delivery to eg a neighbour, safe place or opt for collection at a DPD collection point. If you need to rearrange delivery, click the ‘Manage My Delivery’ link on your text message or email to reschedule. It is your responsibility to watch out for the text message and rearrange delivery if you aren’t going to be home. We don’t accept responsibility once DPD have notified that your parcel has been delivered. We will provide you with your Tracking Details if requested and DPD’s proof of delivery notification. You must contact DPD if there’s a problem with your delivery.
Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
This policy is applicable whether you buy in store or online:
You may return your order for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided that it is returned unused in the original and undamaged packaging, with proof of purchase.
We do not refund postage.
Online Purchase Refunds:
Please allow 5-10 working days for refunds to be processed.
In Store Purchase Refunds:
If you have purchased in store, we will refund you per the method that you have paid with or exchange per our terms and conditions. You must provide your receipt / proof of purchase
If you wish to exchange your order you must return the items per the returns policy. If purchased online, it is your responsibility for the cost of return postage. Please write on the invoice that you wish to exchange, provide a contact number and we will call you to arrange exchange postage (€7.50 for Ireland and NI and €11.50 to UK excluding NI)
Christmas Chair Covers
Christmas Chair Covers can only be exchanged for a different size and we do not accept the return of Christmas Chair Covers after 25th December (14 day returns policy applies before then). Exchange in store or you will need to pay for exchange postage.
Christmas Chair Covers which are on special offer (Jingle Bells Range) – Can not be returned. In the unlikely event that there is a fault, you must contact us with pictures within 3 days of receipt via email only, with pictures. NO exceptions.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CUSTOMERS in England, Scotland and Wales:
YOU MUST contact us first informing us of your intention to return and post from the POST OFFICE / ROYAL MAIL must be within 14 days of your receipt of order. You must clearly write on the postal document that you are RETURNING GOODS. You must also inform us of your tracking number before the goods arrive back into Ireland

CONDITIONS OF SALE
We make every effort to accurately describe all colours and materials, although there can be slight variances in colour from what you see on your screen. We use real customer pictures to give you an indication of the colour in a variety of environments.
Before ordering, please refer to the Measurement Guide allocated to each individual product or contact us with your measurements and let us know the specific products you are interested in.
It is your responsibility to check that you have received the quantity of chair covers ordered within 3 days of receipt.
In the unlikely event that there has been an error or fault, please email us at email@example.com or call us on +353 (89) 475 2027. We’ll investigate quickly and remedy. Please note that we check the weight of package we sent to you with our courier company and we have additional checks in place to ensure we send you the correct quantity.
You must not accept a package from the delivery company if it has been damaged, ripped or otherwise. You must refuse to sign for the package, tell the delivery person to return it and inform us of the same. You will not be entitled to any kind of remedial action by us, unless you do so and also inform us that the packaging was damaged and that you didn’t sign for it. We will investigate and remedy. This is normal practice for all companies.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you follow the ‘Care’ guidelines. These form part of the terms and conditions of sale.
Cream Leather and Upholstered furniture: There is small potential for colour transference from a dark coloured material to light coloured leather or upholstered chairs. Once you are happy with your products, we recommend washing first to rinse off residue dye.
Never, ever put wet chair covers/ sofa covers etc. on seats or sit on when wet.
